Terms & Conditions at the Friendly Caravan Park and Campsite in Cornwall

We are a friendly site but we do have to have a few rules to follow but they wont spoil your holiday.

Pets

Although we are a pet-friendly site, we ask that all customers observe the following rules

Pet-friendly caravans can have up to 2 pets at a time.

Pets are £20 per pet.

Please keep pets on a lead at all times while onsite.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Deposits

Please note that deposits on cancelled holidays are non-refundable. We recommend taking holiday cancellation insurance as balances are non-refundable from 8 weeks before your holiday if the booking is unable to be re-let. Balances are to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday.

Caravans

Guests must report any damage occurring during their stay and reimburse costs where applicable.

Liability

The Friendly Camp & Caravan Park is not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control.

Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).

We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this
